Tuesday night’s ‘Magic and Madness’ evening event held at Solihull Methodist Church Hall was a great success.
Fiona and Kevin Beadle and their daughter Sarah gave a wonderful slide show based on their visit to Vietnam and Cambodia. There were 75 people in the audience and we had a great presentation of pictures based on their 3-week visit and Sarah’s teaching and volunteering at an orphange for 12 months in Cambodia’s capital, Phnom Penh.
In the interval Phil gave an update on the summer activities which was applauded enthusiastically by the audience.
The evening was the first in a series of events planned in the Solihull Methodist Church Project for 2009/10 to benefit the EYPT.
